Colbinabbin Uniting Church

Located at 19 Mitchell Street (the main street) Colbinabbin Uniting Church is the only church located in the Colbinabbin township.
(Click here to find on map)

It’s a small, weatherboard building, with a small congregation but with a big heart.

This is a congregation that is fully engaged with being the church.

Typically visitors will find about 10 people at church, but 4 of them take their turn at conducting the service when the minister is not available, and 3 of them can play the organ when needed, and everybody gets a job to make the services run.

It’s a liberal congregation, that takes it’s faith seriously and enjoys joining with the other local churches for ecumenical services, studies and activities

A feature of the services is the pedal organ and strong singing.

Services are held at 9.30 am on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Sundays of the month. On the 4th Sunday services are combined with the our Anglican friends and are held at St John’s Anglican Church, Colbinabbin West.

When there is a 5th Sunday there is a Parish Service where all the congregations come together. See Service Times and Events Calendar for details
